Design Notes

We design UAS sequences in plasmids bind to GD5 or TEG, which can bind to Hela cell and transfer the plasmid containing UAS sequences into cell. To enhance plasmid's binding ability of GD5 or TEG, 2*UAS, 5*UAS and 7*UAS were designed.
